Please join us for an art-filled night of light hors d’oeuvres and libations in the vibrant and brilliant Umoja Showroom benefiting the 9 Mile Corridor Project.

The 9 Mile Corridor Project aims to revitalize the corridor from Hazel Park to Farmington Hills, by linking the Dequindre Cut Pathway to the trail that runs along I-275, creating an identity for common spaces that includes pathways, signage, benches, bike repair stations, public art and more. Southfield is currently working on the area which stretches from Greenfield to Lahser Road.

Umoja is hosting this event for The Friends of Southfield Public Arts to include the community in this effort and to raise funding for public artwork to be installed along the corridor.

Representatives from Friends of the Southfield Public Arts, along with Southfield Mayor Ken Siver, will be in attendance to share more information about the 9 Mile Corridor Project in Southfield and answer any questions that may arise.

Ticket Pricing: Tax-deducible donations may be made for $50, $75 and $100.
